…but I’m now actively pursuing a career as a photographer. I love taking pictures, and I think I’m good at it, so if I can turn my favorite thing to do into a lucrative career then, well, I think that would be pretty awesome.
I’ve been working for Dining Out New Jersey for about 8 months and while it’s a lot of fun, I’d like to expand to shooting people & events. I even have a new website, melissajphotography.com. It’s still a little rough, so please be nice.
My first official job was shooting engagement photos for my friends Brian & Christina. Hopefully there will be more jobs in the future - wish me luck! Or better yet, hire me :)
